What you type stays on your device — unless you ask AI.

What stays in your browser

UPI IDs, names, amounts, invoices, rent details, ledgers and scanned images are processed in your browser. Some are saved in your browser's local storage so tools remember them; they are not sent to us except as described under “When you use AI”. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.

When you use AI

AI features (Ask AI, Say it in words, Check this page, Is this a scam?, AI second opinion) run only when you press their button. Then this is sent through our server to Groq, Inc., the AI provider, to produce an answer:

• what you typed into the AI box, and the last few messages of that conversation;
• for fill-in and check requests, the fields of the tool you are on — amounts, notes, item lines, names you entered;
• for scam checks, the message you pasted, or the fields decoded from the QR code you scanned.

Your saved UPI ID is never sent. Where it appears in a message it goes out as a placeholder and is filled back in on your device. Our server does not store AI requests or answers; it logs only errors, without their content. Groq's handling is described in its privacy policy. Don't paste passwords, OTPs, PINs or account numbers into AI boxes.

Voice input

The microphone buttons use your browser's own speech recognition. In Chrome and most Android browsers that audio is processed by Google; in Safari, by Apple. We never receive the audio — only the text it becomes, and only if you then send it to AI. Don't press the mic if you'd rather not use those services.

Shop links, menu links and bank SMS

A shop link or menu link carries your UPI ID, shop name, prices and (if you add it) a WhatsApp number inside the link, after the #. That part of a web address is never sent to any server. Anyone you share it with can read those details. Bank SMS you paste into Today's UPI total are read on your device; only the messages you choose to “read with AI” are sent to the AI, and any containing an OTP are removed first.

Pay links

A pay link carries the payee's UPI ID, name, amount and note inside the link itself. Anyone you send it to can read those details — that is its purpose. Our server stores nothing about a link; opening one only loads the page.

Camera

The QR reader uses your camera only when you press Start camera. Frames are decoded on your device and are never recorded or uploaded.

What we do collect

Anonymous page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and operations.
