What the service is

Free browser tools that create and read UPI payment codes, links and documents. They do not process, hold or transfer money, and are not a bank, payment system or payment app. Not affiliated with NPCI or any bank or app.

Your responsibility

• Check every code and link you make by scanning it with your own UPI app before printing or sharing it.
• Invoices, receipts and figures are layouts for your convenience, not tax or legal advice. Confirm GST, HRA and limit rules with a qualified person.
• Do not use the tools to deceive anyone — for example, to impersonate a business or to request money you are not owed.

No warranty, and the limit of what we owe

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost money from a wrong payee or amount, or reprinting costs. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices: mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
