What the service is

Free browser tools that create and read UPI payment codes, links and documents. They do not process, hold or transfer money, and are not a bank, payment system or payment app. Not affiliated with NPCI or any bank or app.

Your responsibility

• Check every code and link you make by scanning it with your own UPI app before printing or sharing it.
• Invoices, receipts and figures are layouts for your convenience, not tax or legal advice. Confirm GST, HRA and limit rules with a qualified person.
• AI suggestions can be wrong. Check anything AI fills in or recommends before you print, share or pay.
• Do not use the tools to deceive anyone — for example, to impersonate a business or to request money you are not owed.

No warranty, and zero liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost money from a wrong payee or amount, or reprinting costs. We accept zero liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, MSRX and Mrinal Singh Raja are not liable to you or to anyone else for any loss, damage, cost, claim or consequence of any kind arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service, whether direct or indirect and whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. You use it entirely at your own risk. The only exceptions are those the law does not allow to be excluded, such as fraud. That includes any money sent to a wrong payee or for a wrong amount, and any reprinting cost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Notices: mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
